Dry hair...ain’t no body got time for that!

Ok so last week we talked about Olaplex.. it’s great stuff! Today let’s talk about moisture in the hair.

Raise your hand if you’ve experienced dry hair! 🙋🏼‍♀️ (My Hans is up!) Dry hair can be caused by many different things.

One of the most common causes for dry hair is sulfates and alcohols in our hair product.. not only is it drying our hair out it’s creating the perfect conditions for breakage. 😖

NO ONE WANTS THAT!!! have you gotten to the point your hair feels so dry and fragile? Well remember last week we talked about our hair cuticles being like layers.. if those layers are open in any way it is allowing alcohols and other silicones and things that your hair doesn’t need in There for push any and ALL moisture out. This is why it’s so important to be using quality salon products. As a blonde (not a natural blonde..) I find me having to add in moisture to my hair all the time! The best way I do that is by using Olaplex shampoo And conditioner and using hair oils.. I also make sure I’m drinking PLENTY of water.. (yeah you read that right! DRINK YOUR WATER. We need to have our bodies properly hydrated to help keep it healthy from the inside out..

So if you feel like your hair isn’t growing and it feels super dry you may need to book a trim or haircut.. and switch your products and drink that water!

I have told myself 2020 is a year of growth and I’m not just talking business, I’m talking emotionally and spiritually as well as my HAIR! If you feel like after you have done all these things and it’s still dry then you may need to consult with your medical professional (Because it may be an allergy or a hormonal issue)
