Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. If the appointment is canceled/rebooked less than 24 hours before the appointment time you will be charged a rebooking fee. (rebooking fee is stated on my online booking page)
All appointments not confirmed within 24 hours of your appointment time willl be canceled and will have to be rescheduled, a deposit or cancelation fee may be charged depending on the service. ( fee will be determined by Crowned)
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the purchase & the product must be no less than half full of the original product purchased. Special orders do not qualify. Any cosmetics purchased are NOT available for return or exchange.
PROTECTING YOUR INVESTMENT
Chemical services and Color services must be maintained properly to ensure longevity and integrity of the services preformed. In order to keep your hair feeling its best we can only guarantee the services preformed when they are maintained with Salon professional products. We ask that in order to keep everything feeling its best, that professional products be used at home as well as your choice of conditioning services in your salon visit.
Your trust is my highest priority, and I promise to NEVER share your personal information. All information collected will be maintained only by me and my trusted employees in the salon. Any information collected can be used by the Salon to help ensure the highest quality services provided. I understand some personal medical and or personal information will be shared and this information will be stored accordingly to ensure your safety. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
I accept most credit cards and cash payments. At this time we do not accept checks and we will inform you if this changes. My online booking link can have a card added to your file if you choose. all card information is encrypted.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
yes, you may stop by during business hours and purchase a gift certificate. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non transferable. Gift certificates can NOT be traded for cash value. all sales are final on gift certificates.
BRIDAL SERVICES RETAINER
Bridal services are available, however all bridal services will be booked once a bridal contract has been filled out and signed, and sent to Crowned by Fawn with the $150 retainer. The deposit will be applied to the bridal service total. The service total for the bride and or wedding party is due at the date discussed on the bridal contract. The retainer is non refundable if the services are canceled.
All redo requests must be made within 7 days of the rendered service. If it is a complete style change or color change or chemical change from the original service discussed in the initial consultation an additional service charge may be applied and color correction prices may apply, Discretion is up to the stylist.
